Your day starts with this fat-burning Moringa green smoothie.
- 2 moringa capsules (2 Moringasiam capsules = 1 gram or 0.03 oz) – Just open the 2 capsules and pour out all of the powder inside your blender.
- 1 peeled orange
- ⅓ cup strawberries
- 1 cup raw spinach
- 1 cup almond milk
Blend it well, add the moringa powder and deliciously start burning that fat.
Breakfast

* Replace sugar with Stevia or honey to taste.
Important
Noticeable results may be seen in 2-3 weeks in most cases. You will lose ½kg – 1kg per week with this diet with no rebound effect. This diet can be done up to 2 months, and up to twice per month, after you have reached your goal.
